A perversion of orcish shamanistic tradition, the Norcferatu Nightweaver is a vile caster who fuses blood magic with forgotten rites of shadow worship. While their ancestors once were seers and spiritual leaders of their clans, this new generation has embraced the darkness so deeply they no longer distinguish between vision and nightmare. The Nightweavers call upon the shadows not as allies, but as limbs, tendrils, and mouths, extensions of their own warped minds. Where light ends, their power begins. They weave illusions of safety, then stab through them with blades made of dark. They blind their enemies with sudden bursts of pitch-black fog, only to appear behind them with a whisper and a dagger dipped in cursed vitae. To them, darkness is not the absence of light - it is a living force, eager to consume. Their robes reek of ancient blood. Their eyes glow faintly with the crimson of their many sacrifices. The rituals they perform are often seen as madness by outsiders, but to the Nightweavers, every scar is a syllable in an eternal chant. In battle, they are not only dangerous, they are utterly unpredictable. They will warp the battlefield itself into a reflection of their lunacy. One of their most twisted creations are the Abominable Blood Vortexes - whirling manifestations of darkness, blood, and madness. These eerie entities often accompany their creators as minions, familiars, or serve as messengers and watchful eyes. Worse still, they are the evangelists of the Norcferatu's twisted gospel, spreading the cult of the blood god through whispered promises and arcane corruption.
